Apex Legends Ash & Rampart bug lets players stack unlimited EVO shield damage

Apex Legends players have discovered a new bug involving Ash and Rampart's Amped Cover that allows them to stack unlimited EVO shield damage during combat in Season 11.

We're now in Apex Legends Season 11, and there is a ton of fun new content to dig through, including buffs and nerfs, the tropical Storm Point map, and a brand-new Legend named Ash.

One new change to EVO shields on Storm Point lets players stack some armor damage by killing monsters. Now, some Apex Legends players are exploiting this feature through a new bug.

Reddit user sleeve_L1n highlighted this bug in the Apex Legends subreddit. The clip posted showcases Rampart's Amped Cover and Ash's Arc Snare being used to get red armor right at the beginning of the match.

By throwing Ash's Arc Snare through a set of deployed Amped Covers, the players were able to stack up damage to their armors while staying in one place. Rampart's Amped Cover seems to reduce the cooldown of Ash's tactical ability.

Stacking up an EVO shield to red can normally take a long time, but this exploit is letting players get this done in under 30 seconds.

At the time of writing, it's not exactly clear why this bug is occurring, but it's probably because Ash's Arc Snare is a brand-new ability in Apex Legends, so it hasn't been tested with Rampart's Amped Cover.

Since gaining red armor in the opening stages of a match gives you a competitive edge over your opponents, this is a game-breaking bug, and we expect Respawn to patch this up in a new update soon.

This isn't the only the major bug that's plaguing Apex Legends in Season 11, as deadly spots in the Storm Point map are instantly killing players. We'll be sure to update you as soon as the developers confirm a fix for these glitches.

Fortnite is no stranger to epic crossovers, and Season 8 has added Jinx from League of Legends as a new skin. Here's everything you need to know about the price and bundle.

Fortnite Season 8 has brought some huge crossovers to the battle royale, from Resident Evil's Chris Redfield to Paul Atreides from Dune. There will be even more crossovers as Season 9 draws near.

The latest collaboration is with the popular online multiplayer game League of Legends, as Epic Games have now added the character Jinx to the battle royale as a new unlockable skin.

Here's how you can get your hands on the Fortnite League of Legends Bundle.

The League of Legends Jinx skin can be acquired by purchasing it from the Fortnite Item Shop with V-Bucks. You can get this new cosmetic separately or as part of the new Arcane bundle.

The Arcane Jinx skin can be purchased for 1,500 V-Bucks. Alternatively, you can spend 2,000 V-Bucks to get the entire Arcane bundle with the skin included. This is a great deal as you can acquire all the other neat cosmetics along with the skin at a fair price.

This is a fun addition for Fortnite fans as well as League of Legends players. You can equip this new skin as you eliminate many of the Sideways' Cube Monsters that have been wreaking havoc on Fortnite Island.

Now, it remains to be seen what other crossovers Epic Games have planned next. A few rumors are circulating that the arrival of Naruto and Spider-Man to the battle royale.

Apex Legends players find instant death holes in Storm Point

Apex Legends players have found some pretty deadly spots in the new Season 11 map Storm Point that causes instant death.

Apex Legends Season 11 introduced players to Storm Point and some have had a more warm welcome than others, as two instant death holes are found.

The Apex Legends Season 11 launch has been very smooth so far. With little to no server issues, we applauded the great new content in our review of the new season.

However, a couple of Apex Legends players have highlighted two instant death holes in Storm Point that Respawn definitely needs to fill.

Like any big update, players can always expect a few bugs and glitches. And that's especially true if the game is introducing a whole new map.

With Apex Legends Season 11, Respawn Entertainment introduced their biggest map yet, Storm Point, and it's definitely not an exception.

Two players have now found specific positions on Storm Point where you can actually fall through the map and die.

Storm Point's instant death holes

Both hodsic and shaleesii have suffered grim fates from the holes in Storm Point. And both streamers posted videos showing exactly what happened.

Apex Legends Pro Liquid Hodsic was the Death Hole's first victim. His clip shows him sliding into a corner while healing, then instantly dying as he falls through the map.

Of course, like anyone would be, hodsic is very surprised at what happens, as well as being pretty frustrated at the fact that this happened during a ranked game.

This spot is located just south of Barometer, so be aware for when you are playing , as this has still not been addressed by Respawn.

Another spot is located between Thunder Watch and Highpoint, inside a tunnel that shaleesi's team finds themselves in.

The video plays out very similar to the previous clip, as the player attempts to heal in a corner and immediately falls through the map to their death.

Hopefully, Respawn can address these gaps in Storm Point soon and put out a fix so that no one else falls victim to the death holes.
